2. User Eligibility

By using our platform, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. If you are booking a service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have the authority to bind that organization.

3. Booking & Reservations

• Provider Agreement: When you request a quote or book through our links, you enter into a direct contract with the selected Provider. All terms (pricing, cancellation, service levels) are governed by the Provider’s own policies.
• No Direct Liability: We are not a party to your booking contract and assume no responsibility for the Provider’s performance, vehicle condition, or compliance with regulations.
• Confirmation: Providers typically confirm bookings via email or SMS. If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours, please contact the Provider directly.

4. Fees & Payments

• No Service Fees: We do not charge users any fees for using our comparison or review platform.
• Provider Charges: All fare estimates and charges are set by each Provider. Payment terms (deposit, full payment, accepted methods) are determined by the Provider and subject to their policies.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by Provider. Please review the Provider’s terms before booking. We do not process cancellations or refunds—these must be handled directly with the Provider according to their published rules.

6. Content & Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including text, reviews, images, and logos—is owned by Limo-Limousine.com or used under license. You may view and print content for personal use only. Any commercial use, distribution, or modification requires our prior written consent.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

AS IS: Our platform and content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or suitability for any purpose.

Limitation: In no event shall Limo-Limousine.com, its officers, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or your relationship with any Provider.
